Artist Statement
Lofi Cisa is the space between sleeping and waking — a dreamscape translated into image, sound, and verse.
My practice begins where surrealist imagery meets the gentle hum of lofi music — a way of shaping my own quiet otherworld. What if this window did not open onto the street you know, but onto a sanctuary no one has yet named? From that question, I gather the moments where the everyday bends just enough to feel mythic.
The sound is lofi — soft percussion, slow breath, analog dust. It does not rest above the images; it breathes beneath them, within the landscape. The poems that accompany each work are written as if recalled from a dream half-remembered on waking.
The practice is ongoing. New works appear weekly on Instagram and TikTok. On Etsy, they take forms you can carry into daily life — phone cases, t-shirts, and other quiet objects from this world.
